Some dogs were born to be lap dogs, usually they are the small ones. Well, our girl thinks even at 36 pounds, she deserves to be a lap dog! Gabby is a 1 year old lab/fox hound mix who is full of sweetness.

Gabby is blond and white which gives her an irresistible look.  She has learned how to work with a crowd and get as many pats, cuddles and play time as possible.  Gabby also has yet to find a dog or human she doesn’t like.  Being a lab mix, she loves to run and play with the best of them. She is a perennial puppy! The perfect home for Gabby will be with another dog or two to keep her confidence level up and have some buddies. She is a true people dog- but thrives with positive interaction with other dogs.

Gabby is still in the process of learning her crate and house training skills, as well as walking on a leash. But, she is eager to perfect these skills!

As with all puppies, Gabby is full of curiosity and wonderment and is ready to grow from adorable puppy to amazing dog with the right guidance and patience. The perfect adopter will be ready and willing to sign this smart girl up for some training classes to help them bond and guide her.

Gabby is a high energy pup so she will need a home with someone who has the time, desire and energy to train her and socialize her so that he can become the perfect lifelong companion. A home with another pup who needs a playmate would be ideal for this girl.

If you’re ready to cuddle with the sweetest, biggest lap dog there is, come meet Gabby immediately!
