Bloomfield, CT, December 3, 2024 – Dog Star Rescue is hosting its highly anticipated Magic and Mayhem: A Night of Enchantment and Mystery—an unforgettable evening filled with spellbinding magicians, mesmerizing jugglers, enigmatic fortune tellers, and mysterious creatures of the night into.Taking place on February 1, 2025, 6pm at The Society Room of Hartford; this year’s event promises a night of entertainment, gourmet food, and magic, all while raising vital funds to support rescue dogs in need.

Adding to the thrill and mystery, the silent auction will feature must-have items like concert tickets, getaway experiences, and celebrity memorabilia. To keep the energy high, DJ Sunny will be spinning crowd favorites, making it the perfect atmosphere to dance the night away.
The event will be hosted by WFSB’s Renee DiNino, with special celebrity appearances from ESPN’s Joe Fortenbaugh and others, ensuring a night full of memorable moments.
Tickets are $175 per person, with a special pre-sale rate of $150 per person available until December 31st. Last year’s event sold out quickly, and no tickets will be sold at the door, so be sure to secure your tickets early. Not only will you be enjoying a night of elegance and fun, but every dollar raised will help save dogs’ lives at a time in our country where there is a national overpopulation crisis.
Dog Star Rescue, based in Bloomfield, CT, is an 100% volunteer-run, non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing dogs from high-risk shelters and owner surrenders. To date, they’ve placed over 7,200 dogs in loving homes, with every rescue made possible through events like Magic and Mayhem: A Night of Enchantment and Mystery. All proceeds go directly to rescuing and rehabilitating dogs, providing them with the medical and emotional care they need to find their forever families.
