We have adoption events every weekend where families can find their new, furry best friend. We strongly encourage you to complete an adoption application ahead of our events so that we can pre-screen you for eligibility. This process typically takes a few days. Please check your email including spam folder and respond back promptly.

2024

• OCTOBER 13 – CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT: Love Cornhole? Our annual cornhole tournament is back – Sunday October 13th at the Truck Bar in Berlin CT. Learn more and buy tickets.
• NOVEMBER 20 – DISH & DAT FUNDRAISER: Dine at Dish & Dat from 5-8pm and a potion of proceeds will support our rescue!
• DECEMBER 8 – MUSIC BINGO FUNDRAISER: Join us for a fun afternoon with a chance to win Gift Cards by playing Music Bingo. Learn more and buy tickets.

2025

• FEBRUARY 1 – CASINO NIGHT GALA: Save the date for our annual Casino Night Gala. We are planning on this once again on Feb. 1, 2025 at the Society Room in Hartford. More info and a link to buy tickets will be available soon!
• April Fashion Show: Our fashion show – featuring adoptable dogs – will return in April. Stay tuned for the date and time.
• July Annual Golf Tournament: Stay tuned for the date and location for our popular annual golf tournament, sponsored by Ferry Law.
• September Bark & Brewfest: We will be back at Trinity Health Stadium again and better than ever. Breweries and distilleries, live music, puppy cuddling, raffles, food trucks and more. Stay tuned for the 2025 date!
