Ruthie: A Story With a Happily Ever After
Ruthie is a two year old Boxer mix who was saved by our wonderful rescue partner after being tied up to a pole outside. Ruthie had suffered from a neglectful and solitary environment before that. Although she hadn’t experienced the love she deserved, she had the biggest heart and was always ready to give love.
Ruthie was gentle and caring towards anyone she met – never holding onto her past. She loved people, kids, cats and other dogs. Her main goal is to always put a smile on her human’s face. When Ruthie got her turn to be a Dog Star, her rescue partners knew she was leaving for a better life – the life she deserved.
Well, the day Ruthie arrived, her new family fell madly in love with her. Ruthie now has a forever family including a dog sibling. She runs around and plays, and will never, ever have a worry again. This is all possible because of our incredible network of volunteers.
